Do I need a network in the sports hall?
No. Everything is written to your phone the moment you record it. Synchronisation waits patiently for the network to come back, not you. A whole game can be recorded in flight mode.
I’m alone on the sideline, can I really record AND coach?
Yes, that was the brief from day one. Start in simple mode: one tap per action. You’ll add detail when you’re comfortable, setting by setting.
How long does it take to learn?
One game. ResineApp offers guided tours on every important screen and the app is very intuitive. Simple mode is... simple.
What happens if my phone crashes or runs out of battery?
You reopen the app and the game resumes: same score, same clock, same players on court. Crash recovery has been part of the product from the start.
Can my players see their statistics?
It’s your call. Privacy is set per team: nothing, read-only, or edit. Each player can claim their own profile and only ever see their own stats.
How do I create my team?
By hand — ResineApp offers guided tours for team creation. CSV import is also supported.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes, at any time and with no conditions.
I created the team: I export a CSV of my team and its statistics, plus a local backup.
I’m a player: I export a CSV of my own statistics.
Even if the app disappeared, you’d keep your season forever.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers located in the European Union. The full list of processing activities and subprocessors is in the privacy policy.
What about data on under-age players?
It falls under the responsibility of the club that decides to collect it; we act only as a technical provider. We supply clubs with an information notice and a parental consent template. Creating an account is reserved for ages 15 and over.
Can families follow the game?
Yes, with a simple sharing code: they open a link, with no account and nothing to install. You alone choose the level of detail they see, game by game.
Do I need a camera for the video part?
No. A parent’s phone is enough and the video stays on YouTube. The app simply points at the right moments — no upload, no processing time.
Which languages?
The app is available in 23 languages. The site is published in French and English for now, and will follow.
Which devices does ResineApp run on?
iOS and Android phones and tablets.
